Sourcing and Merchandising

The crucial link between our customers and our select production facilities, our colleagues in Sourcing and Merchandising ensure the smooth running and fulfillment of orders. Starting from sampling and the sourcing of high-quality, price-competitive products, until final shipment, our experts are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. After shipment, our teams work with our production units to review lessons learned, to achieve even greater success in the following season.

With dedicated experts in both knit and woven categories, we can offer exceptional sourcing and fulfillment for a wide range of products including jackets, shirts, pants, dresses, sweaters, workwear, sportswear and much more. There is hardly any garment that we don’t have experience in. And if you do give us a completely unknown product, we will be happy for the challenge!

Technical Support

We at Deltex know, that a big part of the sucess of a product lies in making the right sample at the right time for the right price. For this reason, we place the highest emphasis on creating the best, most accurate samples as the basis for production. We believe our focus on sampling allows us to cost products correctly, as well as ensure that buyers expectations are met from the start.

To this end, Deltex has a dedicated technical team to support our Sourcing and Merchandising Department. Our technical team has been trained directly in factories and are experts in calculating garment consumption, CAD softwares, troubleshooting and sample-making.

Quality Management

As a service provider in the garment industry, Deltex stands out from our competitors due to our uncompromising focus on quality. From the very beginning, our committment to quality shines through in our organisational structure and processes.

Our Quality Management department consists of Quality Controllers specialised in various product groups, with long standing relationships with the factories that produce our goods. Our team constantly monitors ongoing production, acting as our eyes on the ground, as well as supporting our partner factories to ensure the highest quality standards. We have dedicated Quality Controllers supervising fabric production as well as treatments such as washing and printing. Our Quality Management team reports directly to our Country Director, and is guided by the leadership of a German quality expert.

Corporate Responsibility

Corporate responsibility is an integral part of our business and a committment we make not only to our customers, but to our partner production facilities and the generations that will follow.

Our Corporate Responsibility department consists of a team of experts with extensive experience in auditing and training suppliers to ensure the safety and well being of their workers, as well as consider the impact on the larger environment.

Logistics

At Deltex we believe our responsibilities to the product and to our customers continue until the garment is picked up off the shelves and taken to its final home. As such, we have a team of experts in place to provide our customers with logistical support and ensure that shipments reach their destination seamlessly.

Back-End Support

Last but not least, our teams in the Finance and Human Resource deparments ensure that the Deltex family is well supported so that they can focus fully on their tasks. Our Back-End Support departments also work to ensure that Deltex operates in accordance with local laws and procedures and is compliant in all aspects.
